The nVista HD comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty which covers manufacturing defects but not accidental damage or normal wear and tear.  In either case, the customer can contact Inscopix Support and send in their system for professional repair.  Our goal will be to have your lab back to imaging as soon as possible.
